I'm going to assume that you usually walk around with your mouth open. Its hard for you to breathe through your nose? What I suggest is that you practice breathing through your nose. Some people really have a problem with this because they feel like they are not getting enough air, panic, and then open their mouth to breathe. As soon as you can do this you need to practice sleeping with your mouth shut...sounds stupid but you can actually do it. Close your mouth while your sleeping will eliminate the problem.

Do you have allergies? If so, maybe your sinus problems could be causing you to sleep with your mouth open instead of closed. Over the counter allergy medicine should do the trick.

You are not breathing properly, either buy those nose strips at the pharmacy, or see your Dr. Once you can breath through your nose, you will then be able to close your mouth and during sleeping time you will not open it.

This can be a life long problem. Just put a towel on your pillow.

Go to the doctor. It's weird, but not that uncommon. You can find a way to stop it, but you need a specialist to tell you, not random people on yahoo.
