Why get the flu shot when you are going to get a cold anyway I have seen NO reason for people to get the shot. I have refused the shot because I see no reason for it but would like a real REASON to have one

I have never had a shot at all,
And never had a flu yet...and i'm 43
They just want your money

A yearly flu shot is a good idea 'cause through the years you're immune to many bugs. Good when you get older.

So that when you do get sick the symptoms are not so bad, and it also helps prevent complications that the flu may cause, that's why is recommended for the elderly and people with asthma and kids.

its a good way to make the flu mutate and become stronger so that even more people cant fight it off next year
