Everyone knows Cthulu is the one true god.

Seriously, everyone think their God is the best. Why not? They're one that God's chosen people. :o) No one can prove their god is the real God and most of the time no on tries to do so. It doesn't matter what pantheon your belong to. Explicit, undeniable proof is impossible.

Although I agree that all gods are ficticious, I think worshipping the Greek ones would be fun. I mean, those are some gods who knew how to have a good time!

Many people convert from different religions to believe in The True God as you name Him.
Christianity is not based on what we can do for God. It is not Man striving to do good works so that he will not be punished. Instead, God showed the world His desire to be at peace with Man by sending His son down to earth, knowing that Jesus would die by our hands. This was God's sacrifice to Himself, to save us, because only a sinless and holy sacrifice would be sufficient to get rid of our guilt.
He also rose from the grave in order to defeat the power of death, so it is no longer an end to be feared, but it is now a doorway to a beautiful existence (shouldn't be attempting to get through it prematurely though, human life is sacred to God).
It is not a matter of being "better," but being the only way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father but by Jesus, the Christ.
You find this out by believing and realizing that a relationship with God is an amazing thing. No one has ever been debated or argued into true belief. That is a step people must choose for themselves. We can talk about our faith, exercise it in our lives, pray for people to change their attitudes about God, but in the end, we cannot lasso people into Heaven. It is each individual's choice.

There is only one truth... there can be no other way given the laws of the universe. We cannot choose to accept gravity... or create its effect on us to fit our particular way of thinking. Sound reasoning on the laws of science show that there is a universe, boundless in it's scope and perfect in its operation. Life has shown us meticulous detail in the complexity of the human genome... so very small yet so very powerful... and again acting in accordance with scientific expectations through the laws and principles of the sciences.
All these things point to CREATOR or DESIGNER and it is our personal responsibility to seek His being... how he manifests Himself or reveals Himself to us. If there is a God He would surely have found a way to show Himself and His purpose to the earliest men (the pinnacle of intellegent life on earth). This begs us to look at how God communicated with past ages and present ages. The best record of Godly interaction with man is the Bible. Proven Historically accurate, written over thoudands of years, and prophetic... these are natural and supernatural reasons to give this book weight when searching for God. The Bible says " seek and yea shall find" , thats my best case for Christianity, the religion I believe to be the revelation of God in Jesus Christ.

Believe it or not, all religions worship the SAME God. They just do it in different ways and call him by a different name. God does not care as long as he is worshiped. He does care if you do not believe in HIM.
God is never fake. God allows us free will to worship any way we please as long as we do not worship sin or dark spirits. He is loving and understands us. He wants our souls to grow in this experience called LIFE. Then we will go back and be with him.

My "religion" if you have to call it that is Christianity which is in reality a relationship with Jesus Christ.
My God is the God of the bible who created the heavens and the earth.
How do I know? Romans 1:19-20
Read and study the bible. Ask questions, check answers against the Word of God. That's what I've done and will continue to do.

I learned an old saying from a gifted gentleman years ago. "There are many gods in this world. There is but one creator, however."
I think this statement truly makes more sense than anything i have heard in a long time. And I am not religious.

God gives you a conscience to know what truth is. When you hear the truth, it convicts you. Some people get angry and walk away. Others look at themselves and find out who they really are and what they need to do.
We ALL will meet the judge someday... no matter what we BELIEVE.
At that time it won't matter what we believe, rather, what will happen. What is truth...

Lol. I am a priestess of the goddess Isis. I know She is real and I am very happy. I don't think any religion is better. We are all trying to find something to believe in. Isis will help you if you call on Her. :)
