becouse some people just like to make trouble any way that they can. here i live a lot of people complain about other people,s dog,s-- and some like to get drunk and make all kinds of loud noise, there are a lot of people that are just unhappy with themselfs. just pray for them.

Must not be a new thing since in the bible it tells how people become back bitters and gossipers about other things.
Some people are just mean! There is no nice way to say that.
They are not happy unless they are putting someone else down.
It makes them feel more inportant "see I am better than they are"
when if your putting someone down your really not better.

But many of us don't care what god says; we don't believe in him. And events are often subject to interpretation, esp in situations like two neighbors who don't get along. If they both claim that the other did them wrong, how do you tell who is lying? They could both be telling the truth from their point of view.

its not refering to your neighbor literally it refers to everyone anyone standing next to you can be considered your neighbor. and people make up lies for all kinds of reasons some do just to make themselves feel better or look better in front of the other person. others do to keep from getting caught for what they feel guilty for.
