My doctor suggested I take magnesium, vitamin E, B, and B6. I figure I'll just go ahead and take a multivitamin instead of having to take 4 different pills a day. I'm particularly interested in knowing the best LIQUID multivitamin....I hate swallowing pills. Thanks!

I suggest all-natural vegetable-based formula Liqui-Lea. It has a naturally sweetened fruit flavor and is a high-potency liquid multivitamin. It contains 10 essential vitamins plus iron some of those being: Vitamin A, D, E, B6, and B12. Also Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and biotin.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

I personally recommend taking Vitality For Life for Women or Men
depending upon what you are. The vitamins are fuctose compounded (a patented process where the vitamins and minerals are bound to one fuctose molecule-the amount of sugar in ONE cherry) and they break down at the cellular level. These vitamins have helped me have more energy and generally improved my health overall. I have some chronic things going on and have gotten so much better I may be able to return to work.
You can get the Vitality For Life Vitamins at www.Melaleuca.com
where you look up the Vitality Pack that contains both the mulit-vitamin and minerals in a 2 bottle set. They also make chewables that my 60 year old sister takes at the adult dosage
(they are made for children but can safely be taken by adults).
Sorry that they are not liquid, but you can crush them and put them in yogurt or oatmeal or even juice and get the same benefits.

Good Luck and Be Well.

I hate swallowing pills too but, there are not to many liquid vitamins available. I recently found one at 'Costco". It's called >Liquimax-Complete Nutrition< I just started drinking it so, can't really say how good it really is. It list all the major vitamins though. I used to take 'Centrum" before that...hope this helps you... ;)

Whats the strength of the multivitamin compared to the others taken singly? Water will wash it down easily.
