I've had laser hair removal and am considering laser for my stretch marks that I got from pregnancy two.
It's only been 5 months and I still need to lose more weight before I do it. Laser feels like little pin pricks. It's not painless, but it is bearable. You can always make the technician take a break if you need to.
Laser treatments are priced according to the amount of area that needs treatment.
I had a couple of areas on my face done and it was $276 each treatment. It can be costly. I went through about 7 sessions and still have a hair problem, although it has lessened.
A friend of mine told me she was going to pay $500 to get her legs done because she hated waxing. I think that is crazy.
Facial hair, yes. Legs, no way. Razors are too easy to use.

I had a lot of stretch marks after having both my babies--all over my stomache. Just be patient. They fade without any expensive surgery or medication. After a year or so I couldn't see them without actually looking for them. It's been 2 1/2 years since my last baby was born--They are practically invisible now.
I wouldn't risk surgery for something that will go away on it's own.

You should be aware that for some people the colour may fade, but they may be very visible even decades later. It all depends on genetics.

I have some relatives who would be very interested to know if someone had success treating very bad stretch marks.

Just wondering why you would want to remove the marks? That is a part of your pregnancy and a reminder of it. I have stretch marks but, I would not want to remove them. That is part of being a mother and who you are. They do eventually fade and are not that noticeable.
