Where are you? You could call local stables, vet offices, 4-H reps, or extension offices. Someone from the Department of Land Management could talk about Mustangs. Horse show or race sites could put you in touch with local riders or trainers. Horse Illustrated magazine lists registry information for various breeds too.

Try your local extension office or your check the local yellow pages for horse - and call and see - some will do it for free - also check with the local vet!@
