Sometimes my hands will shake after I hold something a little heavy, even for just a minute or two. They will shake for a long time afterwards. Not enough to disrupt any activity, just enough to be bothersome. I don't drink caffeine or anything, so I don't know why this happens.

I have been to a doctor. All tests came back normal. Just wondering if anyone else experiences this.

I would agree that you need to see your doctor. There is a condition known as Benign Essential Tremor. Usually this is and intentional tremor (happens when you try to do something) and is most of the time in one upper extremity when it starts. Strong family history is also a clue. Benign here is the clue. We usually do not treat this unless is is bothersome to the patient. The type of tremor is the clue to the diagnosis and other conditions can cause tremor so please see your doctor.

its your muscle makes it over-stressed and gets in to nerve and makes you feel that the muscle is on pressure on carrying something heavy. its related to the psychology. warm up first might be decreasing the chances of hands shake.
