Well he is 15 and i am 13 and he wants to do stuff but he can't cause he is afraid that he will go to jail because i am 2 years younger than him and in Georgia if you do stuff with somebody almost 2 years younger than u, u can go to jail. So what should i do? I reall y want to do it!

I know that you probably won't listen but you are too young to be having sex. I lost my virginity young and I regret it now. But I know you won't listen to that so let me give you some advice. He will not go to jail for having sex with you. There is no law in Georgia about that.

You are right your to young you can't even write a proper sentence.Anyway what are you doing thinking about having sex at 13.You see that's what's wrong with you teenagers you rush your life,don't you known the consequences of having sex.

well that law is really for adults. once you turn 18 you are legal and that's you age limit for sexual contact with the oppsite sex. but you guys are too young to be thinking about sex. wait it out. it may be good when it happens but at the same time your life could be ruined

You are both under the age of consent, just do it and don't tell anybody. But be sure that he uses 2 condoms, just in case. Enjoy and have fun..
