I use One-A-Day Women's Multivitamins. You can buy them at Costco, Wal-mart, GNC, etc.

I am really not sold on any particular brand and I am not sure the super expensive brands work any better than the more common ones.

I have had very good experiences with Centrum and Theragran M. Both contain minerals and vitamins. Neither are excessive in the amount that they contain and generally you can score a 3 month supply at WalMart for about $10 or less.

Any multivitamin can be bougth any where, they are all pretty much the same with few differences, but check out Sam's Club they have a very good variety for all your needs!

My doctor told me to be sure I take a multi vitamin every day. He said it didn't matter which one, they were all pretty much the same,so I buy the store's brand, whether I'm in a drug store or grocery store...not taken on empty tummy, will make you nauseous.
