I'm in a martial art class and within 15 minutes I'm sweating. And I smell. I've even been told more than once I got bad BO. Is there anyway to reduce the smell, tweak the smell, or get rid of it?

Certain foods will cause bad body-odour in some people. Try taking less garlic, onions, beef, venison and mutton. They are high in some chemical that makes you smell in a funny way. Also use a nice-smelling deodorant to mask the odour. Shower regularly each day. Shower once more after each sport. Drink cooling stuff such as barley drink or chrysanthemum tea to reduce any heatiness that will induce more stink.

Try a deodorant with 24/7 protection. I like to use Addais deodorant during the summer and when working out because I sweat a lot. It helps with the smell.

Hm, well... body spray/perfume/deoderant works...Spray them under your armpits and a few sprays int he front and back. Wash your clothes with scented wash for martial arts. And i'm guessing your wear a poney tail right? That was it doesn't sweat too much, wear a band along your hair line, that way sweat gets trapped in there and it doesnt look bad either, but be sure to wash the band and maybe perfume it as well...

That is typically what I do...

Who says women don't sweat?! We sweat like pigs, too, man! I am a sweater (don't wear me..lol) and I even have to wear a headband like Olivia Newton John just to keep the sweat from stinging my eyes!!! SO, I KNOW THIS ANSWER LIKE IT WAS MY OWN! The only "deodorant" you EVER need to purchase is a crystal looking mineral that looks like a clear rock. I know, I KNOW !!! It sounds hokey, but IT WORKS...PERIOD!!! You simply wet the stone and rub it under your arms! You can get it at Grocery Outlet in the deodorant isle. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!! GO GET IT NOW!!!!

hmmm! sometimes it's beacause of the food you eat. so it might take awhile to get rid of it.try changing your eating habbits.

take better care of your hygiene. make sure you shower everyday and use deodorants. try the unscented ones. sometimes using scented deo just makes it worst. and make sure you don't wear your martial arts uniform until you've washed them. wear a fresh clean one all the time.

good luck!hope this helps.

MMM, good question. Try a different deodorant and you may want to look at your diet. What you eat does leave the body if it is not needed.
