You're fine 80% of couples who try to conceive do so within the first 12 months of trying. However if you are worried go out and buy an ovulation kit from any drug store they an tell you when the best time to try is. also another thing is make sure she is not getting up immediately after sex she should lie around for a half hour or so. And finally the best days to conceive are usually around 14 days from the first day of her period. Hope this helps.

Hmm, you're not considering the outcomes of your mission. by taking your wife back 20 years and leaving her with the 19 year old version of you, if your younger version ended up with the older version by the time you've taken your younger version back to the future she'll be 20 years older than when you started. That's assuming of course that your younger version decides to commit the rest of his life to this 41 yr old woman. i suggest watching the butterfly effect, small changes have massive consequences when dealing with time.

if you have a 20 sided die, and you keep rolling it, it could roll a 20 on the first toss, or it could take years. you never know.

pregnancy can be the same way.

if you truly get concerned, you can see a fertility doctor. but i'd give it a few more ,months at least.

Yes especially if she was on the pill... my ob/gyn told me it can take a year for your body to get back to normal if you have taken the pill for a long time, he also said that wasn't alsways the case though.

Good Luck! and enjoy the whole process :)

Have sex on her fertile days. Find a class on Natural Family Planning at your local Catholic Church. Even if you aren't a believer, their methods will help you conceive!
