Absolutely. It can also make you slightly constipated, becase mucous isnt digested easily. Flonase like Nasonex is only for keeping the histamines away. Take Sudafed non drying and some tylenol in conjunction with the Flonase.
oh, one more thing, the guy with the salt advice thing, he is right but you can get an over the counter sprayer called little noses for babies and spray it up there. it is pure saline solution and it works wonders!!!

RE:
Can post nasal drip cause feelings of nausea?
Been feeling nauseous for several weeks now, but can still eat and don't actually vomit. I have a bad post nasal drip that Flonase isn't helping. Can this be the cause?

Post nasal drip can cause nausea, but there could be something else going on as well. If you have an allergist or an ENT(ear, nose and throat) I would suggest to make an appointment to see if you may either need another nasal spray, or something altogether different. You can have an infection going on that you dont know about. Hope you feel better!

most definitely, I suffer from post-nasal drip too. I also tried Flonase and it makes me choke a hell of a lot more. When you lay down all that drip goes down to your stomach and makes you sick, and if I do throw-up from it I fell even sicker for a few minutes. I have to sleep sitting up in a chair mine is that bad. Try some steam that helps temporarily, at least you will be able to blow your nose, take a hot shower that helps too. Stand under the hot shower and let it hit on your face or wring out a hot wash cloth and lay it across your face.

Post nasal drip can make one very nauseated. The contents run down the back of your throat, into your esophagus and down to the stomach. I cannot say for sure this is what's causing your nausea. However from first hand experience, post nasal drip has affected me in this manner for years. Usually seasonal, depending on what's in the air, and your allergens. If you don't start feeling better, I would check with my physician, share the symptoms and see if another medication might offer more therapeutic advantages. One shouldn't have to experience this much discomfort with today's technology. Check it out with your Doc. Thanks for the opportunity to address your question.

Yes it will make you sick at tummy. Get a pkg of benadryl & take it every 4 hours. Will make you drowsy so if working drink caffiene, coffee or anything w/caffiene. The benadryl will dry it up.
