I think you should take her and the kids out where you two can have fun as well as the children (however, whats the ages of the children.) A great way to a womans heart is letting her know physically, mentally and spiritually, that you get along w-her children. If the kids like you then she will love you.

Would she maybe appreciate a maid service coming over to her house for a short period of time? If she has two kids and is a busy professional, a few days away from housework would be a Godsend. Maybe offer to make dinner for her and the kids one night. Taking her and the kids out for the evening would also be a great idea. No dishes and time to go out and have fun would be a nice touch (dinner and a movie, kids choice). This would be a great way to include the children along and show her you care as well as giving her a well deserved break. Good luck!

If she is a very busy woman give her a day at a spa and you can take the kids to chucky cheese or to the park or something, after her day at the spa, you find a baby sitter and take her out for dinner and dancing.

This way you have gave the busy woman time to relax and you have spent time with her kids and now you will spend a little time with her.

Hope this helps!

Personally, I love getting flowers...but don't make it the typical I LOVE YOU roses......do something fun that would be a good for a new relationship...ie: whatever is in season, or a mixed bouquet. Flowers and a simple note on a card....I'm glad I met you, or You're amazing!, or Just because, or Your smile brightens my day. Something like that. Every woman loves to be pampered, and flowers will definately make her smile. OR just take her out on a romantic dinner just the two of you to a cool new restaurant.

How about five small gifts, individually wrapped within one larger box, that appeal to each of the five senses? For example, a music CD based on a song you heard on your first date to appeal to the sense of hearing, some chocolates for taste, a beautiful rose for scent, etc. I did this once and it went over VERY well.

Does she have a cell phone? If not, that would be a great help with the kids (and you too). Otherwise, a nice pair of earrings is always appreciated.
