For those Americans among us, Millionaire's Shortbread is basically a shorbread base with caramel and chocolate layered on top. Tablet is a bit like fudge, only less soft and much nicer.

don't know what tablet is but i'd love some millionaire shortbread, i haven't had any since i lived in England 16 years ago
