because he really whants me back and i dont whant him i told him we started as friends and know we end it as friends...... at first we where best friends i guess he liked me but it never came to my mind to date him i felt to weired but one day he started telling me all this stuff and i felt like you know he does like me and we went out for like two months but the reason why is that the hardest i try to think that i lov3 him i truly dont i dont feel like theres the conection between us so do i just tell him to quit it out and stop bugging me about going back out with me or sto talking to him as friends!

I've been in that situation. As hard as it is, you really have to cut off all contact. You have to just say, "I am over it and you need to work on getting over it too because I don't want to be with you! It is as simple as that... we are over... learn to deal with that and the sooner you do, the sooner you can move on!". He might have a lot of questions like why this or why that about your relationship... or if you are seeing someone else now. You can choose to either tell him that those are inappropriate questions that you will not indulge him in, or you can give him the honest answers that he really doesn't want to hear. Either way, he'll learn that calling you is useless and he'll just have to deal with it and move on.
