It's an owl. Everybody knows what a cat sounds like and if you knew it was a cat you wouldn't be asking but I know for a fact that it's an owl. My sister had this teacher who told her about how he heard something like a screaming women in the night and he went out there and saw this giant owl and the screaming was coming from the owl. It's probably a male peacock. They do sound very similar to a woman crying. Looks like someone got a new pet!
