there's a difference between feeling hungry and feeling empty. My guess is that you're still perceiving hunger because the fried rice was lousy and didn't satisfy your cravings. Your stomach may be full, but you still want something to eat that you'll enjoy.

You could just be thristy cause most people interpret thirst for hunger OR

Since you ate something that wasnt pleasing to you and forced it in and finished it your brain may be thinking its still hungry cause you didnt fill the crave like you originally wanted too. You ate but its not what you wanted. Its all in your head. Eat some pretzels.

Asian food contains a lot of MSG. you will feel very full immediately after eating it but won't feel full for long.
