If you are not a baptized practicing JW then DO NOT answer this question.
The Watchtower says:
Matthew 24:34 "Truly I say to YOU that this generation will by no means pass away..." The aging of the 1914 generation was pointed to again and again as clear evidence of the shortness of the remaining time.
In the 1940s the view held by the Organization was that a "generation" covered a period of about 30 to 40 years. This lent itself to the constant insistence of the extreme shortness of time left.
In the Awake magazine of October 8, 1968 (pages 13, 14) says: "Jesus was obviously speaking about those who were old enough to witness with understanding what took place when the "last days" began...
Doesn’t what Matthew says contradict trying to pick a certain time of the end?
Matthew 24:36 – “No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

Jehovah’s Witnesses do not claim to be infallible. As time goes on the light of truth keeps getting clearer and clearer.
Which is better an organization that strives to do everything per the bible
or an organization that follows the teachings of a Non Christian who lived in the 4th century.
It was the Non Christian Constantine who enforced the trinity teaching on the church.
You are right the Brothers should not have limited the word generation in times past, but that isn’t or wasn’t in conflict with Jesus’ words that only the Father knows the day and the hour.
Jesus wrote that Christians will know the season of salvation. Paul wrote that Christians are not in darkness as the rest of the world is.
The fulfillment of the prophecies coming true today, are in harmony with our teachings.

The day and the hour that only God knows is far from what we know as a reality in the time involved.
What was the exact time to Babylon captivity? to the birth of Jesus ? to Adam being 6,000 years old? No doubt 2520 from Babylon captivity to Rev.12:6-11,12 is right.
Is time based upon how much time Satan has after Eden to Rev.12:6-11,12 [ Satan and his angels cast out of heaven ]; and the next time frame is how much time ?????
to Rev.20:1-6,12,13 [ the 1000 year reign of Jesus ]; Is this 7,130 after Eden ?????
The bottomless pit is open in Rev.9:1-5 [ 5x 30 = 150 after 2520 is the question ?????
the pit is open for Satan and Dan.12:1-13 is in the end times is ????
Dan.12:1-7 [ 2500 or 1894 ] ??? and 8-10 [ 2520 or 1914 ] ??? and 12:11 [ 2x 1290 = 2580 or 1974 ] ??? and 12:12 [ 2x 1335 = 2670 ] ??? less 2520 is again 150 and since 92 years have passed from 1914 to 2006 present time, it seems right that the short time that Satan has after Rev.12:6-12; and the short time the SEALED in
Rev.9:1-5-12-16 brings all down to the Euphrates and angels time and 16:12-16 is in harmony with it to Armageddon ]:
Not any thing about it tells the day and the hour but 1Thes.5:1-9.21 tells the children of
the light of times and season, that Jesus does not come as a thief in the night.
Acts 1:7.8 the times and seasons are to be known by children of the light after Pentecost and anointed with the holy spirit as this Matt.24:3,7,14,15,22,34,36-38 [ It truely is God's business and I will not hang around when it is proven wrong and no one is trying to correct it ];
Rev.12:6-11,12 we are 92 years past this and have had WW1, WW2 and the holocaust, Germany, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Somalia, Afghanastan, Israel, Iraq,
and Muslim in the 8th of Rev.17:10-14 #1 to #6 is Jesus, #7 the bible, the 8th has 10 nations to contend with and is this any where close to right ???????????
IF DAYS ARE USED THEN IT IS YEARS AS WELL ??????????
1260 days Rev.11:1-3; 12:6,14 [ 3 1/2 years is same ]; 13:5 and 42 months is same ]; But Babylon to 1260 + 1260 = 2520 + 1260 man days ??? So Dan.8:12-14 [ 2300 ];
Dan.7:25 [ 2500 more or less ]; Dan.12:1-7 [2500 ]; Dan.12:8-10 [ 2520 ];
Dan.12:11 [1290 days must also be years to 1974 ] ???????????????????
Dan.12:12 [ 1335 days must also be years or 150 years after 2520 ] ???????????
Also Abraham 427 + Exo.12:40,41 430 [ will 430 be repeated ] ???
1.656 flood year;
Also age 75 is Abraham 427 after flood + 430 + 40 Deut 1:3; + Judges 11:26 301 after Moses [ Josh.5:6,10,12 and 300 after Joshua ]; to judge jair dies. is it 1656 + 1198 to
2855 after Adam is it 606 to Babylon captivity and 606 to Christ born in Rome ???
How thorough should things be examined as we know full well the nature of man???

You think you own this website or something??
I'll tell you, the Watchtower has repeatedely 'predicted' the end time, even though it is clear that Matt 24:36 says no one will know the day or hour..... In case you don't know.... the Watchtower Organization claims that it alone is God's ONLY means of communication to us on earth. And whatever the heck is printed in your magazines is coming from god himself. But how can that be, when they've gotten the 'end time' wrong so many times... was god mistaken or wrong those times???

Just curious as to why you state ONLY baptized JW members can answer the question. I used to be a JW, and felt the heaviness of discrimination on my shoulders. Why segregate the study or worship of God? I am still a christian and we are all God's children. I hope you all find in your heart the ability to see all Christians as equal children of the Lord. I prey for your humility.

I'm sorry your question was unclear. But if I understand clearly, your are saying the belief that the annointed are directly correlated to the end and that this is contradicting to Matt 24:36. If this is so, keep in mind that we STILL don't know EXACTLY when the end is coming. We are privleged to have signs and forewarnings given by our Father to help us prepare ourselves, but we still do not know when the end is coming.

The Watchtower is written by a non-Christian cult. Their goal is to spread lies and deception so to draw people away from the True and Living God. Do yourself and favor and throw that garbage in the trash.

You're right no one knows when the end will come although the JW's keep trying to predict it (they always get it wrong). Only God knows when the end is here.
Oh shoot I forgot you said JW's only, may bad. I guess you can just ignore this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
