Has no one heard of contesting a will???
They don't have to roll over and let you have the money regardless of what you did or do with it if they feel they have a good standing to challenge the validity of the will or the state of mind of this woman when she wrote it. You should ask someone who deals with will. Also, that amount of money would not have been paid to you that soon. That's an amount that normally requires probate (or at least it would in the US) and that process holds up disbursement of payment to the beneficiaries for quite some time. I think you made this up.

Remember even though the will is in your favor, the dependants, first degree relatives are eligible for their share. More so if the property is hereditary.
Better get the money given to charity and work out a amicable solution. If u can get a fortune in 2 weeks, imagine what should the blood relatives eligible for.
Before u do anything u must have reasoned out in practical terms.
The lady in a fit of anger or mood might have written the will in your favor.
The relatives will definitely sue U. Atleast act now call their relatives and speak to them with the help of an attorney.

Make sure you got a receipt from the charity to show to their solicitor when it comes to it.
At the end of the day, you didn't ask this woman to give you the money, she must of had a good reason not to share this money out with her family.
Don't worry about it, it was basically this woman's last request and it has to be honoured even if her family disagree with it.

This question sounds suspicious.
Why on earth would somebody who falls into almost 9-million euros free and clear not spend some of it on themselves?
If she left in her will to you, then it doesn't matter what her relatives say....its your money.....the will is a legally binding document that says its your money....unless it can be proved the will was signed under duress, coercion or false pretenses.

Wait for the lawsuit, and/or donate the rest to charity.

if she left it in your will, it's yours to do with as you please. however, you should probably talk to a lawyer just to be on the safe side.
