I don't know- I assume you'd have to be running at least 60 miles an hour to actually tie your shoe strings to the dump truck as it is going 60 mph. Once you do that, I imagine rope burn is the first symptom....

If ur smart u will tie ur shoe to the passenger side mirror while ur sit happily and safe in the passenger seat with ur feet hanging out the window...if u wanna try tying it to the back bumper n then going 60mph, well....You will fall off into a ditch, or back on the road just to get hit by the car behind the dump truck, being seriously injured, possibly dying....and the worst part is....you will lose ur shoes! lol

Be they be mine or yours, be they be tied to dump Truck or any Speeding Car going at 60 miles per hour , every thing will depends where they have been tied, if they are tied at a place where there is no wind blowing then they would keep quite and if they are exposed to wind then they would fly like a Kites tail , making funny sounds !!! You get dragged hundreds of yards behind a dump trunk while the pavement penetrates through your clothing allowing your bare skin to be dragged on the pavement...lots of rasberries.
