Put it together like this:

Proverbs 1:7
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline.

All knowledge comes from God.

Proverbs 12:15
The way of a fool seems right to him, but a wise man listens to advice.

A fool does what he wants and accepts no advice.

Proverbs 19:20
Listen to advice and accept instruction, and in the end you will be wise.

Seek advice, and accept instruction and you will be wise. In spiritual matters seek Godly advice, and accept instruction.

They go together the way the whole bible goes together. The whole council of God is harmonious.

Specifically you chose these three, in my opinion, to show folks on this site what God has to say about wisdom, foolishness and the fear of the Lord. (Fearing the Lord is respecting His sovereignty.) And that since God created us He knows how foolish we can be, He loves you and doesn't want you to be separated from Him for eternity! look up 2 Peter 3:9

It would do us all well to remember these verses especially when tempted to bash God, Christianity, and any one else for that matter.

I encourage those who are truly interested in Christianity to study the bible for themselves, ask questions and check answers with Gods Holy Word, the bible.

"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God who gives to all generously and without reproach and it will be given to him. James 1:5

They all are in the same sense as to refer to the Wise Men in our world before sins were manifested. Knowledge plus Discipline equals the wise men. To answer the question, in general they are all in the same basic synopsis that we all can become wise with the guidance and education of the lord.

They Apply to all of life.

You forgot "The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, and their ways are vile; there is no one who does good." Psalm 53:1
