Eat at McDonald's. Order up size, double meat with cheese, and be sure to drink a large coke with it. If you get tired of Mac stuff go to Burger King. Eat the same with double or triple meat. Then go to Wendy's and Taco Bell. Order the same but be sure to get sugar and a Beef Burrito Supreme (it has sour cream).
Eat like this at least 2 meals a day, every day.
All of this is yummy. It will make you fat, and raise your Body Mass Index and unhealthy cholesterol levels.
You may want to check with your physician before beginning this regimen. :)

I think what you are asking is "how do I build muscle". Exercise, eating more veggies and fruit. Consult a bodybuilder or go to a health food store where people in sports goes and they will talk with you, and select some items for you to buy. Take a bundle of money with you as foods in a health store are expensive. Just exercising those muscles with weights will do what you want.

i went on a sturdy diet of burgers and fries 3 meals aday and worked out 5 days a week for 2 hours aday and went from 140 to 175 in 5 mo im 185 now in had to change my diet cause i was getting to fat , good luck

Why would you want to become fat? Putting on a lot of weight in a short time is extremely unhealthy.

Well if you dont do steroids...you not going to have much luck....just eat a lot of fried foods and drink protein powder, its awful for your body...but you will get fat quick...

1)WHY?! why wud u do that to urself lol? 2)eat CRAP lol chips, takeaway food chocolate that kinda thing and no exercise its all about eating more calories than u'll burn off so they just STAY there! Eat big meals as well with lots of big meat etc...

Lots of carbs... and starchy foods like potatoes. Body turns them into sugar, sugars turn into fat.
