Take it up with the principal or headmaster/mistress - if that doesn't work, contact the board of education and make a complaint.

You should check w/ the teacher. Why would a teacher bully a child? Sometimes a child can over exxagerate. Think about when you were a kid! Teachers for the most part have way too much to do than bully a child!

firstly you should set up a meeting with those teachers in question, and come fully prepared with EXPLICIT examples of how and when they were bullying your child... if you just make generalizations about how they may treat your child differently from others, that is not going to get you anywhere.... in addition to coming prepared with the examples, you should have a plan of resoultion on how they can and should change their behavior. also, you may want to let the teachers address why they treat your child the way they do, and accept what they say.
if your meeting with the teacher(s) is not helpful, or they will not have a meeting with you, go to the principal. if this person is not serious about your concerns, or after 2 weeks no changes have occurred, go back and warn them to take you seriously and to take action now! give them another week and then start making calls to the board of ed, and the superintendent.
my last suggestion-- make sure that your child is not lying or exaggerating about how the teacher(s) treat them. it could be that your child is misbehaving in class!! talk first with your child and then go through the other steps... goodluck.

Go to the principal. And bring evidence, if you have it. If it doesn't get better after that, go to the superintendent of the district. I think transferring your child out of the school or doing home school should only be used as a last resort. I'm sure speaking with proper school authorities should take care of the situation. Best of luck!

Speak to the Head of School and if that doesn't work go straight to the School Board and make a formal complaint.
Until this matter is sorted out ask if your child can sit in on another class to carry on with school work instead of missing out.

Don't go to the Teacher. Go to the principal. That way she or he
will know that you didn't waste your time with them. They will know that you are going above their head and that you mean
business! An adult that bullies a child, especially a teacher is a
coward that picks on children.

There are two sides to every story, and your child's perception may not be the reality. Before you contact the principal, headmaster, etc. please go speak with the teacher. Then, if you don't get satisfactory results, go higher up.
