My boyfriend is like this, and I get all kinds of looks being with him. What should i do?

If your questioning your relationship just because of the way people look at the two of you while you walk together then it probably means there are other issues other then his gut. That shouldn't bother you at all. You think they might be looking at him because they think his cute not because he has a stomach? Or are you just so hung up on your own looks that you can't appreciate your man for how he is?
My point is this, ignore what other people think, act on what you feel.

Do you love the guy? People are too hung up on looks these days. If your boyfriend is your 'friend' and you like being with him and talking with him don't worry about the looks you get. You could approach him about getting some exercise, but be sure you know what his reaction will be before you do so.

I use to be conceited and feel I could only be with the best looking guys. Then I grew up and realized that it doesn't matter what they look like if you love them. It is all about personality and how they treat you. Who cares what people think. My BF is over weight and the best thing that has ever happened to me and I wouldn't trade him for the best looking guy on the plant.

The important thing is to be happy. If you are truly happy then don't worry about what other people think. Obviously if you are good looking, in shape, and take care of yourself, people are going to wonder why you are with him. I do believe it's hard to be with someone that doesn't share the same eating habits as you. I personally rather be with someone that takes care of themselves like I try with myself. This is the only body we have and life is short, so don't waste it. smile. I know you were asking the women to answer this, but I just couldn't help myself.

Sure i would it don't matter what he looks on the out side it's what counts on the in side i have a boyfriend and he has a gut and is not is shape and i still like him.

I'm not attracted to guys who don't take care of themselves, so no. But if you really like your boyfriend, stay with him. I think more girls should go for guys who are less attractive than they are. It makes us look so much better, doesn't it?

Tell your boy to hit the gym and lose the gut...... then he can dump you for someone even BETTER LOOKING.
If he pulled a "REALLY GOOD LOOKING" chick with his beer gut I dont think it'll be a problem pulling an even better one if he loses it.

When i am happy with that person and he knows how to appreciate me. The most important thing for me are his personality and he should be very affectionate because i am very affectionate person. We should be compatible in all things too.
