Hydroxycut is a somewhat decent "fat burner". I quote that because the pill does NOT reduce the amount of fat on your body. The product (and all others) are designed to HELP supress appetite, raise your resting metabolic rate (your metabolism while at rest or standstill) and up your thermogenesis (the rate at which your body uses heat in effect of burning calories). NO PILL is substitute for proper diet and exercise, but they are motivational tools to help you get the "best" of your workouts. I would be a hippocrate if I said I never used products, I've used everything from Lipo-6, hydroxycut, xenadrine, leanfire, etc....with and without ephedra. I work with these products everyday. And while I say the same things to my customers, diet pills alone will not do the trick. In someone very large, it may SEEM that they drop an easy 10 pounds, but this is typically water and waste, mistaken for fat. My suggestion to you is that if you decide to use a diet product, make sure you are in optimum health, like no heart or mental conditions. hydroxycut is a decent product to start with, but only use 2 for the first 2-3 days. one in the AM and one in the afternoon. This will access your tolerance. if you find you are taking upwards of 4 or 6 a day (not recommended) to get any effect, it is time to try something else. Like I've said before, I have used and still use products as bumps in the gym, but do so safely. Don't drink 40 oz of caffeine and pop 4 pills all at once. If you would like a reccommendation on what product might be right for you, you can e-mail me at marianne_dean@hotmail.com. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have. I hold a BS in Alternative Medicine, so the info you get won't be a load of crap. BUT MY ADVICE IS NOT MEDICAL BY ANY MEANS! I am not a doctor, and I do not claim to be one. I hope this helps you out in your quest of the neverending diet products!!!

Over the years, I have tried original and ephedra free Hydroxycut and other supplements like the original MetaboLife and Stacker, and Xenedrine, and have gotten mixed results. As long we you don't have high blood pressure or pre-existing heart conditionts, you should be ok with a diet pill. Of course, if you ever feel any adverse effects, you should stop taking it and consult a doctor.
If you're looking to supplement your diet plan, you'll most likely want a good metabolic booster and appetite suppressant. I'd suggest taking a look at Herbalean. It does have Ma Huang and it also has Hoodia for the appetite suppression, so the combination works VERY well for me.
I've been taking it for a couple months now, and the Hoodia keeps me from snacking and gets rid of the sweet cravings, while the Ephedra gives me a good energy boost through the whole day.
It's made by the original makers of MetaboLife, and they've improved the formula with Hoodia and 77 trace minerals and 14 herbs. It's also an extended release formula, so you won't get the jitters from the Ephedra like you would with MetaboLife.

Save your money. It's basically just an overpriced caffeine pill. Caffeine is the only thing proven in it to reduce your appetite. No Doz would have a similar dose for much cheaper but either will make you, most likely, feel jittery which is usually an unpleasant experience. Ephedra has just been re-legalized by the FDA and I think you'd have better luck with that. Or you could try talking to your doctor if you're obese because there are many effective prescriptions for weight loss. I take Adderall XR capsules which are for ADD but as a side effect reduces my appetite. I even have to force myself to eat a lot of the times but I have the opposite problem and want to gain weight so it's not good for me. Anyway, hope that was helpful and I encourage you to do some research on your own.

Ive tried hydroxy cut and it will help you lose weight. It heightens heart rate and metabolism. If you have any type of heart condition do not take it though. its good stuff but i prefer lipo 6 cause it doesnt make me as jittery. If you want a lot of info on hydroxy cut or any other fat burner go to www.bodybuilding.com they have all the info you could want. Also i suggest you also be on some type of diet high in protein. i know for some reason women are afraid of protein and think it will make them fat but this is not true. Carbs are what is stored as fat. Protein helps to keep muscles repaired. if your body does not get that protein it will take it from your muscles. and in the end if youve burnt up all your muscle youll just gain double the weight back.

This particular pill is ( energy / stimulates your system ) really fast: The pill itself DOES NOT " make" your body lose pounds, thats impossible. The pill will almost hype you up in the gym. Dont take it just to take it, have a reason to do so. I knew a guy that fell on the gym floor after taking 4, he had a bad heart so that wasnt smart. Its nothing more then a way to jolt your system. Its a very small % to helping you " curve your taste for food " what we call a food supresent.

Don't do it..all those pills r just some form of stimulant/appetite suppressant... Every pill I have tried (dexatrim, etc.) has always left me feeling super grumpy and tense, which leds me to eat to feel better. Go Figure!!

I observed the spice up in vigor gave me a more fit intercourse force. I bet it varies from individual to individual. But like all people else stated, the FDA recalled it, I could quit making use of it without delay.

Like the other "quick and easy" weight loss diet pill suggestions, remember, if something sounds too good to be true... it probably is, particularly if you have to pay for it.
