i think u r confusing abdominal pain with stomach pain. lower Abdominal pain is most likely to occur with periods. .......for pain during periods., so nothing to worry abt that. this is called dysmanorrhea which is an indication of healthy utrus. n this pain occurs because of contraction of the uterus during that periods. so u r having a healthy utrus....its very much usual...
for taking pain killer so yes u should take soem pain killer.nothing wrong with it, .
umm bit confused as u have said somethig abt stomach pain, which i think u r just confusing with abdominal pain, but telling u somthing abt that, stomach pain which we call gastritis is mostly related with food. either by intake of abonadace of food (depends upon the type of problem)...
so if u have such problem u should take some safe pain killer which dont irritate the stomach, as diclofenic can irritate ur stomach along with relieving pain, so u ,ll get rid of pain but will end up with stomach problem.....

Just bear in mind that the affection that you've got to your mom will probably be similar to the discomfort that you're going to revel in; love her somewhat, you harm somewhat---love her plenty, you are going to harm plenty. Take it ONE DAY at a time and one minute at a time if want be! Lock your mom on your center and realize that see can consider no discomfort anymore as good as see can see you presently. Believe me, screaming is helping.... I wish I helped Hugs to you pricey!

There are several possibilities for this. Bottom line is that you need to see your GYN doctor to find a correct diagnosis. This way you can get treatment for the cause and not the symptoms.
