get a job - hire a lawyer - if you can do that you can live without them - if not - u better thank your lucky stars you have a place to live... things cant be that bad - try talking it out - dont hurt yourself and everyone around you because you made a stupid, drastic move... good luck, if it gets so bad you cant deal with it anymore.. get counseling alone or with your parents..together you will be able to work thru whatever the problem is...

I teenager who needs to can go to Family Court and ask the judge to emancipate them. To be emancipated means you are legally an adult, which also carries the same adult responsibilities, supporting yourself, finishing school or getting a GED. You must prove to the judge that it is in your own best interest to do so. I also have known parents who helped their children to do this.

You sound like my former foster daughter. She needs/wants the same thing.
Google your state and emancipation. You should find the instructions and forms. However, most states require that you have a way to support yourself, a place to live and have to finish school. It also depends on your age.
Good Luck.

I'm so sorry. I don"t know what to say to help you through the situation. You could goto a friend or a relative. Maybe you just need to remove yourself from the situation.
Please write to me if you need someone to listen.

you need to talk to your lawyer and have a complete validated reason. i think you have to be 16 as well. but the most important thing is to contact a family lawyer.

I suggest you talk to a counselor before you make such a decision. You need to be evaluated to ensure that you are mature enough to handle this situation. there are lawyers for children rights that you can talk to..
