Dogs that are the result of generations of mixed-breeding all start to look the same: brownish color, about 40 pounds, floppy ears, curly tail, short/mediumish coat. Don't know why for sure, just what the genes do.

If I am reading this right, you are asking why it looks like their tail cicles up. This is in a lot of breeds, and the street dogs are most mix breeds, so it is something that was brought to them from one of the breeds that is in their mix.

tail was broken when dog was puppy.
