I am not sure what products you have in your area, but you may be able to order something on line that will help.
What I have found the most helpful is something for exfoliation. I don't know if you have any of those products in your area (i don't really know much about Malaysia) but it is a "gritty" type substance that will clear away dead skin and superficial blemishes. After using this you should use some type of astringent type cleanser on your nose. If you do not see improvement without two weeks, you will probably need to go to a product that can stay on your skin, such as a topical lotion that contains anti-acne properties. Anything that contains benzoyl peroxide should work well.
If you cannot find any good products in your area, go on a web-site and look for something that you can order. Things like pro-active look high in price but really last a long time.
Good luck to you.

I got a facial once and they used steam to open up my pores and then a cotton thing to squeeze out the whiteheads. facials are expensive though, so you can gently pinch your nose after a shower and pull out the plugs with a tweezer. if your whiteheads are that bad you might not even have to pinch your nose for some of them, they'll already be sticking out. at least that's how clogged my pores are sometimes, lol. very full of sebum. also, wash your face every morning and night, it makes a difference. every other day use a mask on your nose, it will pull off excess oil. don't do that too often though because it can be drying on your skin. and drink lots of water, that regulates your skin (and the rest of your body)

I wash mine regularly with plain soap and hot water. If you're not going out anywhere, after you rinse and dry your skin off, take a little soap from the wet soap bar and smooth it on your problem areas. Leave it on and let it dry, and it will pull a lot of oil out of your skin. Also, during the day, take a paper towel and wipe down your face and nose really well. You'll be able to see all the oil that comes off of your face on the towel, and you will feel the difference on your skin.
One other tip, be sure not to scrub your skin with anything abrasive. This roughs up your skin and will trap more dirt and actually make your skin worse.

ok..1st thing u got to do is to open up ur pores on ur sking to remove the whiteheads.take boil water in a big bucket and cover urself with a blanket all around ur head, take ur face sloser to the steam and blow in to water.....the heat that will come from the water will open the pores.do until u feel that water is on ur face.u will be wet.
Then wipe the face and (get a whitegead/blackhead romover)and press ur nose down and remove it from the remover coming downwards.
then wash ur face and to close the pores of ur skin wipe ur face with ice cubes in a cloth or use a TONER!
hope this helps u.
Do it once a month ONLY!

Boil some water (in a teapot is fine) and wipe your face down with a clean hot towel and an unscented soap (if you can fid it). You want to remove and break down oil build up.
Then, try to relax more often. Excersising really helps a lot I found.

Tea tree oil. Or if all you really have are the basics, watered down rubbing alcohol is better than nothing. It will at least dry them up, maybe too drying though.

Try to keep your face as clean as possible. Don't touch your face with your hands at all!
