I have some sort of meat usually chicken, red meat (1-2 a week) fish (1 a week) or pork (1 a week) I usually also have one grain like brown rice, whole wheat toast, noodles, ect. Veggies, like green bean, salad, broccoli, peas, ect. And fruit. So a typical dinner might be, chicken cord on bleu (chicken pounded and stuffed with ham and low fat cheese and baked in the oven) salad, toast and a peach. Or sphgaheti meat sauce on noodles with green beans and water melon. Or rice and baked fish with sweet peas and mixed fruit!

An apple or an orange, grapes, melon, but never all at once!Never bananas!Occasionally, pizza or the Greek specialty, "shaorma".Which is a killer for my diet, but how could I resist?;-)

some kind of meat - chicken, steak, pork chops...
some kind of veggie - corn, beans, salad...
some kind of starchy thing - rice, potatoes, pasta
and milk.
