I don't have a fuking credit card so why can't I regester.

Sorry man, if you don't have a credit card there is not much you can do. Goto you're bank and oppen up a debit account that way there, you can use you're ATM/debit cart as a credit card. Then it should be easy for you oppen up an account with Paypal.

You need a bank card to register. Siwtch, Visa, bank cashline card.

go to the bank buy a visa gift card they can be used any place that will take visa paypal takes visa
