Give me any reason to like them...they always complain that we hate them, but nobody has ever mentioned any nice thing about them....any tolerance, any positive attitude towards others. Unless I hear something like that I'll regard them as I do today : angry people, easily violent, intolerant, no humour, no respect for others.

It is a pity that I can have all the respect in the world for African Americans, Chinese, Australians, Russians, etc. but not (yet) for Muslims.

Well, one of them gave me a ride home in the cold and snow.
A Christian I know didn't offer that.
All this muslim did was practise what the traditions said, bowing and praying.
I can't oppose that!

Its just there culture, thats the way they are. But are you talking about the religion ? Because not all people that pratice Muslims religion are bad. I mean I believe the ones that come straight from the country are pretty intense, but the ones that adapt to the rest of us and respect the fact that there children are US born or here are pretty good.

Mohammed conquered Mecca. One thing that made Mohammed different from other prophets is that he spared every living being in Mecca. Unlike prophets such as Joshua who killed everyone in Jericho. If a muslim man followed this example of Mohammed, I will respect him. But, if he is like any other muslim guy out there who whines about being discriminated all the time and about being a hero because he will die serving God through killing people I'll treat him like sh*t.

I am Muslim and yes just cos the terrorists and islamic radicals act like idiots doesn't mean the rest of us are that way. Most of us have families to support same as anyone else. For the most part we like the same things everyone else does we just try to focus on ALLAH and do our best to follow our religion. Please don't hate us as we are just trying to make a living just like you and are not out to kill everyone.

Our likes and dislikes stem from our fears. What do you fear from Muslims? Why are you so anxious to spread negative information? You might consider your sources. Fear has been spread because of activities in the middle east and the propaganda that spreads its message of hate.

Muhammand ALi was a great muslim. Every time someone talks about boxing his name comes up. Malcom X was another great muslim. He tried to gain equal rights for all. These are great american muslims. There are plenty more who are nice.

Like them because they are people. Just like you & me. Except they think they have a God given right to push their religion on to other people. Just like Christian Teliban (Fundamentalists) do.
