I think that there is some missing information here.
Take them where?
Is there some sort of immediate threat such that the ones you leave behind will vanish?
Given no imminent threat I would:
1) Call 911 and get an ambulance for the dying person.
2) Get the friend who saved my life to render aid until the ambulance arrived (since (s)he obviously has lifesaving skills).
3) Chat up the girl of my dreams while rendering aid to the dying person until the ambulance arrives.
4) Thank my best friend and tell him I'll give him a call later (being my best friend he will definitely understand).
5) Drive off with the girl.

I would drive my best friend (the dying person) to the nearest hospital, and tell the girl of my dreams to wait for me till I get back. If she's the right one, she'll understand.
And when I come back, we could use the back seat to ...

the dying person. i can get with the girl anytime, and as for the friend who saved me i'll keep in touch with her, but life is the most important thing, and i will try to save the life if i can. hey, then i'll be a hero if i do.

If you take your best friend, he will think that you're not capable of rescuing him, because you left the dying person just lying there.
And what is the love of your life going to think of you if you don't help someone in real trouble.... First help the dying person and become your love's hero!!!

i am wrong but i will try......i would pick my friend ... the dying person is going to die thats be on my control ....and the girl of my dreams is just a dream ...but my friend he saved my life i could not just leave him if it was not for him i would not have the keys to any car......
