Possible that the glue is activated in air. And will bond in and stick to a mating surface that has very little clearance. The tube should contain no air and has a holding chamber to store the unused glue like most glue. Try leaving the cap open to the glue to the air and the drying process will start. Hope this helps.

If it did I would think you'd have a hard time squeezing the glue out of the tube. I think coz it just doesn't set whilst inside the tube.

glue dries when air hits it,air can not get into the tube,hopefully.

How do you know it doesnt? It will if you leave the container open. I needs air to dry.
