I am not sure Heaven can even be defined as a "place"; it is possible we don't have language to describe any aspect of what we call Heaven. Things like the setting of the Heavenly Jerusalem are probably just as good a linguistic approximation as we can do. And still fall well short of capturing the true meaning of an eternity of bliss.
