I like these:

Arm curls using the Tide bottle
Taking stairs instead of the elevator
Push-up routine: Day 1: 1 push-up, Day 2: 2 push-ups, Day 3: 3 pushups...etc.
Lunges: Take the Tide bottles again, one in each hand. Walk down the hallway dropping one knee almost to the floor with each step. (Keep your back straigt!)

firstly it isn't suposed to be EASY, you will get a better result if your body is working its hardest - you should feel out of breath and hot and in ache the next day! sit ups are the usual... also to work your lower abbs: get a work-out mat from argos - ok lie on your back and lie your hands flat under your bum (this raises your bum up a bit) and look at a point on the ceiling keep your legs straight (and together) an raise them up, then SLOWLY lower your legs almost to the ground but DONT let them land on the floor until you have done this anout ten or 12 times (when i get to the point where i feel like i cant manage any more i do ONE more just to push myself then i finnish - you can realy feel it working-
( try to squeeze you pelvic floor mucles whilst you do sit ups etc)

Crunches.
Or stand up, place your hands on a chair for support and lift up to the balls of your feet to work your calves, and keep repeating.

Also, if you have a small stoop, or even a phone book try siting down, with the book behind you. Place your hands back on the book and do body lifts to work your arms.

Lunges are also great.

My mun always told me that when you are doing the housework - hoovering / polishing etc it's just as good as doing exercises as you are excercising with the hoover pushing it around and you also get your housework done at the same time - Bonus!!
