I would call them again and see if they will move your appointment sooner... or call a different Vet to see if they have a sooner appointment. I've had cats for many years and the only time they sneezed a lot was when they were sick... if it's just a time or two then they might be trying to clear out their noise if something got into it. Don't wait too long if you feel that something isn't right... if your cat doesn't eat like he use to, sleeps more then usual.
Best of Luck!!!

He is a kitten, and his immune system is not that strong yet, his body will eventually create antibodies to fight off viruses, if it is in fact a virus or cold, the vet won't really be able to do much, except maybe give him a little something to soothe him. I wouldn't purchase anything over the counter until you do find out what is wrong. Call the vet and tell them he can't wait and that he needs to be seen immediately. Tell them that he could possibly be having a hard time breathing.

Usually they get sick like other species, by being around other sickies. If he's indoor it might be allergies {dust} or a sinus infection. Vitamins? I don't know, I've had cats my entire life and the only vitamins I've given them comes in their crunchy food{Iams}.Wipe the corners of his eyes, gently to clear any boogers and make sure he has plenty of water. He'll be fine. Good luck

sounds like a cold is coming. wait till you get to the vet and talk to him about vitamins. cats get colds the same way people do. don't forget to ask your vet about neutering your kitten.

My cat got a cold every year. We took her to the vet the first few times, but learned that it wasn't worth it to spend the money for the vet if she was going to get better in a few days. She'll probably be fine in a few days or a week. Don't worry!

A cat sneezing is cute, but it can also be a sign of sickness.
