She tried to get a work visa and was denied. Is there a waiting period for her to try again and how would be the best way to do this. She will work for me as a tuter for my middle school children.

What is she going to teach your children to do ? you se the problem is that the INS dont believe your application for her was genuine, thats the problem and ignore the idiots whom go on about the Jamaican language and drug habits, not everyone there is into that.

Are you serious,if she tutors your children, you will come home one day and find a cannabis factory in your basement,and your kids saying "bloodclot" when you try to send them to bed !
