I dumped this guy yesterday and he sent me a message today..( I told no more messages) so whats his problem?

I told him to wait until next week I need time to think what and how to do..10-20 minutes later he sends me another message..why can't he wait its only a week..what his problem he is 15? WTF what should I do?

The problem is he is 15, no brains, at all. Do not answer or reply to him. This is also a hint for the future, so when next week rolls around, stay away, he may be a stalker kinda guy.
