Need to be place in cool dark place,spread out and not touching. Should last all winter

I have kept sweet potatoes in the crisper bin in my refrigerator for up to 2 to 3 months. & they taste just as good as if they were freshed picked

keep in a cool and dark place and it is best to store them in wood shavings you can get them at the pet store . they keep the moisture out..i have stored them over a year this way ...

Keep them in a dark, cool area, do not wash them, and they will last nearly a year.
