With a chalk eraser.
If it's not working, use windex and a towel, but let it dry before re-using.

Well if you don't have a dry erase board eraser, I use alcohol. I just put some on a paper towel and wipe down the board. Let it dry completely before using. Also Office Depot and Office Max have a spray that you can use to clean your board too.

There is no easy way.. but what I used to do was...
a) with an eraser, erase the board.
b) With a DAMP cloth, go over the board.... then in clean water, wring out the damp rag.. and with the damp rag, go over the board again

semi=parallel bodyslam with a good running start
... be sure to only wear felt or cotton. Leather and polyester will just smear.
