It's an interesting philosophical view point, but the fact is that each corner in life that we turn is a new and individual corner that bears no relationship to any previous corners that we have turned, thus our direction of travel in life will not simply become circular. Additionally, think of life like a set of dominoes falling, such that each domino falls and hits the next one so it falls and so on, then you cannot ever return to the same point and same state as you were at the very first domino because it has already fallen. Essentially whichever way you look at it life goes forwards and can never go in reverse or in a circle.

Not unless you are following in the steps of the Lord Jesus Christ. He will guide on the path that is straight and narrow for the road to hell is wide and many people fall onto it. But the way to God is Straight to Eternal Life in Heaven.

All you have to do is put your Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit will be your guide, and you most definately will not get sidetracked, or keep taking corners. God Bless You.

Well, the idea of turning the corner is too start a new travel, and not end up where you started....but I understand that sometimes it it a vicious circle at times.

Religious people are going round in circles because they're going round the bend

Actually I think you are going round a square, or a rectangle, or a triangle, or a funny shaped flat thing with no curves on its edges.
Sorry, I'm getting a bit to clever for myself (and I suspect thousands of others).

LOL. Doing the same things over and over and getting the same results is the definition of insanity. The answer then is to try something different. Jesus is Lord.

No...because you don't always have to turn just right or left. Circles don't have corners anyway! Teehee!
