I have a, b, c and d a lot of the time! sometimes all on the same day too. I just stop my negative thoughts. they like weeds, the more i water and pay atttention to them, the bigger they gonna grow! Thats the only way i manage to get myself into a better mood, or i sleep it off, go shopping, do some exercise, see a friend or buy a yummy chocalate!

Sure everyone has a bad day. I get antisocial or feel lonely. I go out and work out, go to the coffee shop, meet up with friends- just MAKE MYSELF DO SOMETHING rather than mope around... and I always feel better.
And I had a day last week when I felt like sh*t and didn't even want to talk to my best friend about it, so I went and worked out by myself and tried to think about why I felt the way I did..

Yes, i have those days.
I just put one foot in front of the other and get through the day. I try to remind myself that it's just me telling myself these things and to stop it. Try reading funny stories or looking through old photo albums at Christmas or birthdays that were happy. That may help some, to see yourself interacting with your family in a happy loving environment to remind yourself that they do love you and would be very sad if you were no longer in their life. Singing to music on the radio seems to help me a bit too.
If you're experiencing a lot of bad days, have you tried talking to a health professional about it. They can help you.

I have these days and I just try to think of things that make me happy. Like if there is something that I have coming up thats fun I will think about that. Also, I have some chocolate, that always makes me feel better!!!

YES, it sucks I like to just sit by myself for about and hour and either watch a favorite show or read a book and most of the time it just passes although if it happens a lot I would talk to your doctor.

Everyone has these days or so i am led to believe...
Try to smile even if you do not want to also think about your happy thoughts your last holiday etc!
Just do your best to get through it and tomorrow will be great!

I go to spa, have a nice dinner then hang out in a bar and drink some bloody mary then home and sleep. Life is how we make it.

yes i have bad days but i just do things for myself to make ME happy. so try it , it may work and stop feeling like that. think about yourself for once and the hell with what everyone else feels or thinks about you.
