My titer never did peak after two boosters. I would say that if you are still in a professional position to be exposed to Hep-B, go ahead and get the booster now. If you're not, why bother? Even though your titer is not optimum, it doesn't mean the vaccine won't work. I never did convert and 2% of the population don't. But I don't think a little extra protection would hurt you. I always thought that boosters should be given every 10 years. But according to the page below, you should have a titer above 10 mIU/ml if you've already been vaccinated, in which case you don't need a booster. And if your titer is below 10, you should get a booster dose.

If you had 3 doses and the titre after the third dose was 1000 or more, you don't need any boosters. When the body encounters the antigen (hep. B virus), it will manufacture antibodies and the titre will go up.Usually, 3 doses are enough for a lifetime. However, if you did not have your titre checked previously, there is no harm in getting a booster.
