Does anyone know if there are bowls and plates made for kids that have a suction cup on the bottom that keeps them stuck to the table? I swear I've seen them before, but now I can't find them in any stores... Does anyone know if they actually work?

I've found them at WalMart. They work until your little one gets strong enough to really haul on it. Then WHACK!Off the head and food everywhere!!Screaming Crying Mess..not fun. I've stuck with the normal dishes and if Jr. starts to lift it back it comes into Mom's hand.

We had a plate with a suction ring, I think I got it at K-Marts. It was nice idea, but my son made it his mission in life to figure out how to detach the plate from the high-chair tray...which took about 30 seconds...I would say it's a waste of time!

They do still make them (check your local thrift shops)..BUT, They do NOT work with older children, I have an 18 month old, And since about 11 months of age, He had figured out how to un-suction it anyway, And the plate would fly...Your best bet, Would be to just put the food on his/her high chair tray and let it go...Unless of course you like searching for hidden food throughout the kitchen from it flying off the plate when he/she unsuctions it! Lol...

They do make them and I have found them at stores such as Babys R Us. They work for a little bit but my 15 month old has figured out that he can slide it across the high chair table and snap it right off. They are a good idea, its just a matter of finding a good one. Good luck.

I got one at Pottery Barn Kids last year. II believe it was about 6-8 dollars. It worked great. It came in a variety of colors. I got a bowl, I don't know if they have plates.

I've got them (from Target) but I dont think they work very well. But I love the bowls, they come with lids that snap on very tight and a bunch of different sizes and great bright colors.

No, they are not that good! I bought one for my daughter and they don't really stick well to the table. So, when she goes to pick up the bowl, she uses force and end up w/ the food thrown all over the place. So, I hardly use that bowl anymore!

They do exist! I've seen em. (I like the Halloween costume idea but I'd say I was a "A WANDERING HIGH CHAIR TRAY"- great idea! =)
Anywho.....you've tried Target? K-mart? WalMart? A specialty store? I know they're out there. Hey! Shop by phone! Have someone else do your foot work! Retailers get irked but 'YOU'RE THE CUSTOMER' (Remind em-a-dat)
