Stay away from those tanning places, be happy with the color skin that you were given, it is what makes you , you. Did you ever see anyone die from skin cancer? I have and it will break your heart. If this doesn't keep you away from there, The UV rays will give you tons of wrinkles at a young age. I have seen it. Just stay away from them all together and get a self tanning cream get a good one though! They work great if you want that tanned look.

When you are just starting to tan again after a break, wait about 48 hours between sessions. Esp if you are burning.

if you are fair skinned you should wait at least 3-5 days before you go again, and go for the same time......after the first couple times of tanning, you should not burn again or anything.

how long did you go for if it was the first time you should go for about 7-10 min only then wait two to three days and go again. every 2-3 days is good. no more than that....then you just adjust your time up every two weeks or so...

You should always wait 48 hours after your tanning session before you begin another.

One or two days. Untill you feel better, or redness goes away.
Try a tanning lotion, and maybe take a few mins off the time.

Dark go the next
Olive Should be ok the next day
Med... Maybe 1 day...
Hope this helps...

IF you only got a little red... you should be good to go!
