Wash area with cool soapy water to get the hot pepper oil/juice off, and then dab on cool with milk.

Rub your nose with dry bread. Water will spread the oils around, you need to counter-act the capsaicin, and carbohydrates are what do that. After you do the dry bread thing, you can rub a dish soap like Dawn (that removes grease and oils) on your nose, then rinse that off. Be sure to put some moisturizer on after, as the Dawn will strip the natural oils from your skin, too.
Next time wear rubber gloves. And take them off before you rub your nose! :-)

Bummer,not much it will go away ! I use to use tabasco sauce for my " Anti-nose picking potion" for the kids growing up,they only stuck their finger up there once with it on,it doesn't scar it's takes couple hours to go away,just place alittle cold cream up there to sooth the burning.

then put aloe vera on it
