I'm serious, for some kind of ritual, for shits and giggles, on a dare. Do people still do this? Enlighten me!

I'd totally do it, but I'm a loon...

Pig and duck blood are used often in Chinese cooking, either in a steamed rice cake form or pure steamed form. They can be used in hot pots and all sorts of yummy stuff.

I've had some of my own blood. I personally like the metallic taste.

Yes. Not for any ritual though... not really for shits and giggles either... it was more of a sexual thing. *wink* And many people do it... you should go to a Goth club, you'll find a lot of people there that would be willing to share. There's a group of people, Vampires, who take on donors.

You're not a loon. :oP~~~

You say you need enlightenment, here is is: blood and semen, when spilled disobediently are the two main conduits for evil spirits. Any person who has a desire to drink blood--just say: strike one. 2. You have repetitious nightmares?--strike two.
3. I think that is enough enlightenment for now. You can guess the third strike from what I have written either today or in the past.
All I will say is that if you have three strikes you need help. You will have to post again.

Boaz.

No I don't though it is a good source of protien same as the bone marrow in a human's body. It's a fact that the bone marrow has the most protiens in the human body that's y if ur ever really lost and have no food or supplies and need some food u should eat the marrow. It'll keep u alive for a while.

There are still cults out there that drink blood of the victim.

Jesus told followers to drink of the fruit of the vine (grape) that it is his blood that shed for the remission of sins for many. To eat of this bread (unleavened) for it is His Body that is broken for us (for our mending). To do it in remembrance of Him.

So, Jesus out did any other sacrifice. He is our High Priest forever, giving Himself once and for all, as atonement for our sins. No other sacrifice will do. Jesus was sinless & rose from the dead.

Maddogs, I sure hope you're English! Because otherwise.....ewww!

I haven't either, and have no wish to. But I'm surprised no mighty hunters have weighed in. I've heard there are some who drink deer blood after their first kill. (Insert Tim Allen manly grunting here).

I know of people who have done it for rituals. It is very dangerous, as they soon found out...
