I agree with Hana that there are risks invloved by meeting someone online (if you are stupid about it) but at the same time I just got Married 2 weeks ago- My wife and I met online. I hope you plan to meet at a public place- like at a Theater or Restaurant.
Anyways to answer your question- Things to ask:
What are your goals in life?
Have you ever been married/Are you married?
WHat do you value in a relationship?
What is the type of women you are attracted to?
What qualities do you look for in a partner?
What do you do fun for?
What type of music do you like (trust me this is an important question- If you like rock and he loves rap- and you hate rap ugh)
Have you ever met someone online before- what was that experience like?
If it's your first date- DO NOT ASK IF THEY WANT KIDS- BEST WAY TO PUSH A GUY AWAY.
That should be a good start for ya- good luck

Sorry to say there is no list, and it won't matter how many questions you ask. People aren't always honest online. I met a guy online 4 years ago. We spent countless hours on webcams, telephone, and emails. I thought I had asked all the pertinent questions, but when we finally got together, he wasn't quite the prince I thought. Many of the things that were so important to me that I thought we had in common, just weren't part of his person. We still talk, and actually have lived together twice, but I really wanted the guy he was before we actually met.

Be sure he is not from Nigeria....major scams from that country...saw it on a Dr. Phil show.
Make sure he has sent you several different pictures of himself and not just in model poses...some scam artists surf the net and claim a photo as being themselves.
Never, ever buy a pity story and send money for any reason. If he's gotten by this long without your help, he doesn't need it now.
Many scam artists operate with a script...so ask for lots of personal details about his life and his family. Many scammers will try to avoid conversations about themselves.
So, if you are actually going to meat him and you are convinced that everything is on the level,
What is your favorite meal? (so you can make it for him)
What movies/music do you like?
What activities do you like to do?
Where are you employed and what do you do there?
What did you take in university?
Do you have any pets?

That's stupid, why are you meeting someone you met online? They could be a rapist or something for all you know.
